We are here to cheer on your dreams and work with you to bring them to life. School Decide helps you find and apply to programs and schools that match your career interests, your preferred destination, and your background.
Our guidance is free for students, whether you are looking at an English course, an undergraduate degree, or a master’s program. We believe that exploring new places and embracing new experiences are some of the best preparation for a global career.
How it works
Free guidance through the entire process, from your first conversation to your first week abroad.
Free counseling, anywhere
Whether in our offices or online, a friendly advisor meets with you one on one. We introduce you to programs, guide you through admissions, talk through scholarships, and cover the country you have in mind, visa steps, living costs, and career opportunities. Sessions are free and last about 60 minutes. If you are in high school, bring a parent along.
College and program selection
With so many colleges and programs worldwide, the choices can feel overwhelming. We match you with options based on your profile and academic goals, drawing on more than 2,500 programs: English courses, undergraduate and master’s programs, summer programs, and short courses. We compare scholarships, tuition, living expenses, and destinations, then work with you to choose the best fit.
Admissions and scholarships
We manage the admission process with the university and guide you through scholarship requirements. Before you submit, we review your documents against the school’s requirements. We monitor your application, stay in touch with admissions teams, and deliver your offer.
Visa application support
A dedicated visa expert works with you, at no cost, to submit a complete and accurate application. We prepare you for the visa interview when one is required, with experience across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Housing and pre-departure orientation
We help with accommodation, setting up a bank account, getting a driver’s license, registering with local authorities, cultural adaptation, and safety. Once you arrive, you join our international community of students and keep our support throughout your experience.

Why should I use School Decide?
Our service is completely free for students, and we work closely with the institutions we represent. Applying directly can be confusing, and a missed document or a wrong detail can lead to disqualification. We guide you through each step, from your application to your student visa, so nothing is overlooked. Our advisors have helped more than 2,000 students.
Which countries can I apply to study in?
We specialize in admissions and visa processes for four destinations: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Through us you can choose from more than 2,500 programs, including English courses, undergraduate and master’s degrees, summer courses, and study abroad programs.
Do you have support offices in key destinations?
Yes. We have support offices in the USA, Canada, and the UK, and we offer remote support for students in Australia. All of our advisors have international experience, so you always have someone to talk to when you need help while you are abroad.
How do I book a counseling session?
Send us an email at info@schooldecide.com, message us on WhatsApp, or use the form on our contact page. Tell us your full name, phone number, program of interest, country of interest, and when you expect to apply. An advisor will contact you to schedule a personal one-on-one session. If you are in high school, feel free to invite a parent, and bring any questions you have.
Do you help with scholarships and financial aid?
Yes. Our advisors help you explore and apply for scholarships, grants, and financial aid that fit your academic and financial situation, and guide you through each application so you have the best chance of securing support.
I have applied. What happens next?
Now the university or college makes its decision. If you receive an offer, you may need to pay a tuition deposit to secure your place. The deposit is paid directly to the school, and we guide you through it. We do not handle payments. After you secure your place, it is time to apply for your student visa, and then you can start packing.
